Lameness evaluations

BEH provides a wide variety of lameness services from treatment of simple hoof abscesses, to diagnosis and treatment of more subtle and complicated lameness. We offer a full lameness work up, including nerve blocks if required, to isolate the site of lameness and recommend the best treatment or further investigative method. State of the art instant digital xrays are available for use at the clinic or in some cases on client’s properties. Tendon scanners are also available for investigation and diagnosis of tendon injuries and soft tissue problems. We work closely with several farriers and can provide specialist shoeing and hoof care. We service many of the local racing stables and spelling farms and provide a full range of racetrack/high performance horse veterinary services.
